How do I invest with Growth Equities?
Investments are made by completing the Application Form contained
within a Prospectus and returning to Growth Equities along with your

How do I get my money out?
Shareholders have the opportunity to withdraw their investment each
month after providing written notice at least one calendar month
in advance. The full terms and conditions are detailed in the applicable
Redemption Facility by following these links: GEIL

Which Growth Equities’ fund
should I choose?
This will depend upon your preference for income and growth returns
and your tax rate.
The following investors are suited to Growth
Equities Imputation Limited (GEIL):
- Self Managed Superannuation Funds (DIY Super Funds);
- Those with tax rates at or below 30%;
- Those with tax rates above 30% but seek income
as well as capital growth;
- Charities;
- Companies; or
- A Family Trust whose beneficiary(s) is one of
the above.
The following investors are suited to Growth
Equities Accumulation Limited (GEAL):
- Those with tax rates at or above 30%;
- Wealth accumulators;
- Those seeking capital growth; or
- Companies.
Can I invest in both funds?
Yes.

No, we cannot guarantee your capital but our investment philosophy,
methodology and processes all focus on preserving capital because
these also increase the probability of large and sustainable returns.
Should I invest with Growth Equities?
We can't answer this question. We recommend you contact a professional
adviser to determine our suitability for your investment and financial
objectives.
Can I roll over my super fund into
your Company?
No, we are not a superannuation fund.
We are suitable for investment by your self-managed superannuation
fund (DIY Super Fund). Growth Equities Imputation Limited (GEIL)
is the Company best suited to self-managed super funds.
What are the fees and charges to
invest in the Funds?
Growth Equities does not charge any entry, exit or trail fees.
Growth Equities receives a Management Fee of 1.0% pa based on the
value of the total assets it manages. This is charged monthly, ie.
1/12th of 1% per month.
Growth Equities may also receive a Performance Fee if it outperforms
the benchmark over the financial year. It is only eligible to receive
this fee after it has made up any losses when measured at any 30
June. The fee is equal to 20% of the performance above the benchmark.
What is the minimum investment?
A$100,000.
How can I add to my existing investment?
Send us an application form or letter advising us of your name and
shareholder code (found on your Shareholder's Statement) along with
your cheque or credit our bank account, details of which are found
in the Prospectus.

What reports/statements are provided
to Shareholders?
The following reports and statements are provided to investors:
- A Shareholder's Statement when your shareholding
changes or upon request;
- A Dividend Statement each time a dividend is paid;
- Performance Reports each month;
- Annual audited accounts; and
- A Redemption Statement when you withdraw your
investment.
Is Growth Equities available through
any Platforms (i.e. Wraps or Master Trusts)?
No.
