Our Shareholders receive a tax paid return based
on the company taxation rate of 30% which is usually a lower
rate than their personal taxation rates. |

Where dividends are paid, they wil be fully franked. |

 |
Shareholders may exit at the end of any month
after having provided one full calendar month's notice. |

Management have made considerable personal investments
into the Companies on the same terms as all other shareholders.
In addition, the Manager's Performance Fee only provides a bonus
if it outperforms the share market and it has made up any losses
when measured at any 30 June. This creates a strong incentive
for Management to perform. |

We will always report the pluses and minuses
and provide the facts needed to understand results, outcomes
and plans. Of course, when it comes to investment ideas, these
will usually be kept private to preserve any advantage that
we can generate for Shareholder benefit. It is hard enough to
get any edge over other investors as it is without alerting
them to our plans. |
